    My experience with Adeline Malone has been beyond excellent. I met her because she has been overseeing the care and finances of a 90+ y.o. friend. After three years, I was so impressed with her going above and beyond her role as a lawyer, that I asked her to redo my will, etc. Again, she proved to be thoughtful and supportive. With her guidance, I feel that my final wishes are in place. I highly recommend her and have referred her to others.

    I echo the complaints that the company is not responsive. You hire a wedding planner to reduce stress, not to increase your stress level by taking your money and going silent. Awful service. Go elsewhere, where you are made to feel like a priority, and not a burden.

    You really need a ZERO rating. I am appalled at you level of customer service. No wonder why I only do banking with my local Rhinebeck Bank. They actually care about the customer.

    I called Jeanne several times, and left several voice messages, and emails, and she did not return any correspondence. I have heard from others that they are experiencing the same issue with her non responsiveness. One of the venues I'm interested in recommended her, but the venue was also not shy about noting that she is overextended, and often unresponsive. To be responsive in your business is expected. It was a real turn off to be blown off by her company, after I made so many attempts to do business. We intended to use her for the most expensive package also. However, given that we have been trying for weeks to get a response, and given that we have heard from others that they have been trying for months, we will be hiring someone else for our event. Not for you if you're looking for someone who is communicative.
